About this website

This website describes our software design and development services. It is for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, and using it does not create a contract between you and Sprinary.

Projects and services

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, pricing, timelines, ownership of source code and intellectual property, and support. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement applies. Pricing is quoted per project in a tailored proposal.

Where we help publish an application to Google Play or the Apple App Store, publication is subject to each platform’s review and approval, which we do not control.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, and monogram on this website belong to Sprinary or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or evaluation purposes, but you may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. Product images on this website are illustrative.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, disrupt its operation, or collect its content by automated means at scale.
