What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, no forms, no analytics, and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Its fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Vercel. To serve pages and keep the site secure, Vercel processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request.

When you email us

When you email developer@sprinary.com, including through the “Start a project” and “Contact our team” buttons, we receive your email address, any name you include, and what you write. We use it to reply, to discuss and prepare a proposal, and to deliver any project you engage us for. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Client project data

When we build software for a client, personal data processed through that software is handled under the project agreement with that client, which sets out each party’s responsibilities.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host this website and our email, only as needed to provide those services.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and project correspondence for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited period under its own policies.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it, and you can withdraw consent you have given. Email developer@sprinary.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

When we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
